Buying and selling
Here at UK Blades we provide a market place for members of this forum, we take no responsibility for any of the transactions that occur. All members whether selling or buying are expected to adhere to the site rules and guidelines as well as conforming to all UK and International laws.
As a UK Blades member it is your responsibility to ensure that the transaction is a legitimate one. If any member of UK Blades is found to be fraudulently misrepresenting items for sale and/or participating in an illegal transaction, they will be banned. If you have any concerns, or feel that another member is misrepresenting what they are selling, pm a moderator.
If you are a maker or, larger company/dealer please use the correct area of the market – You will need to subscribe to that section in order to start selling. And finally, please ensure that you describe the item properly and honestly and, that it isn’t stolen or doesn’t break any laws.
**Some tips for sellers**
* Make sure that your item/items for sale conform to UK and International laws.
* State clearly how much the item is and, if it includes postage and what methods of payment you accept
* Give a full and honest description of the item
* Try to attach a picture of the item itself or, failing that, a promo picture or link. - it will help you to sell your item and avoid confusion
* Once you have interest, take it to pm
* Do not send out goods until cheque has cleared/payment has arrived
* Always mark your item as SOLD once the transaction is completed.
**Some tips for buyers.**
* If you are interested in purchasing an item for sale, pm the seller direct
* As the buyer, it is your responsibility to ask any relevant questions of the seller in order to satisfy yourself that the item for sale is a) what you want to purchase and b) the sale/purchase is legitimate.
Although UK Blades takes no responsibility for any problems that you may experience during a transaction, we are not inhuman. If you do run into difficulties please pm a mod, who at their discretion, will do their best to help if they can.
