Here's a really nice simply tutorial on how to make a usful carving knife and a camp knife. Why now give it a go?

Interesting find. Perhaps worth having a go at that. Would make a great carving knife.

Ok that Skew knife is on my todo list for next week, not sure about some of the steps but with a little adapting it could be a quick little project!

I like the look of that skew knife. I'm partial to a bit of carving. :D
One of the things you learn from years of dealing with drug people, is that you can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug. Especially when it's waving a razor-sharp hunting knife in your eye.
